Privacy Policy for Cascade

How Pix3l collects, uses, and protects your data when you use Cascade.

Effective January 1, 2026

Overview

Pix3l LLC ("Pix3l," "we," "us," or "our") operates Cascade, a multi-agent AI orchestration platform. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and handle information when you access or use Cascade.

By using Cascade, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the platform.

Information We Collect

We collect information in two ways: automatically through your use of the platform, and through the integrations you connect.

Usage and Analytics Data

When you interact with Cascade, we automatically collect:

  • Platform interactions: which agents you activate, workflow configurations, task inputs and outputs, and session activity
  • Performance data: response times, error rates, and throughput metrics across your agent pipelines
  • Device and browser information: browser type, operating system, and general geographic region (country/region level)
  • Log data: IP addresses, access timestamps, and referral URLs for security and abuse prevention

We do not use usage data to build advertising profiles or sell it to third parties.

Account Information

If you create a Cascade account, we collect the email address and credentials you provide during registration. You may optionally provide a name or organization.

Third-Party Integrations

Cascade connects to external platforms to execute agent workflows on your behalf. When you authorize an integration, we receive and process data from that platform as needed to fulfill your workflow instructions.

Social Platforms

When you connect social accounts (such as LinkedIn, Instagram, X, or TikTok), Cascade may access:

  • Profile information required to authenticate and identify your account
  • Content you explicitly direct agents to read, draft, schedule, or publish
  • Engagement metrics for posts managed through Cascade

Cascade agents act only on the permissions you grant. We do not access content outside the scope of your active workflow instructions. You can revoke social platform access at any time through that platform's settings.

Databricks

When you connect a Databricks workspace, Cascade may access:

  • Workspace metadata required to discover and connect to the correct environment
  • Data assets (tables, notebooks, jobs) that you explicitly configure agents to read from or write to
  • Job execution logs relevant to your Cascade pipeline

Cascade does not store copies of your Databricks data beyond what is necessary to complete a given workflow step. Credentials you provide for Databricks access are encrypted at rest.

Other Third-Party Services

Cascade may use infrastructure providers (such as cloud hosting, monitoring, and error tracking services) that process limited technical data on our behalf. These providers are contractually bound to use data only for the services they provide to us.

How We Use Data

We use the data we collect to:

  • Operate, maintain, and improve Cascade's platform and agent capabilities
  • Execute the workflows and automation tasks you configure
  • Diagnose errors, monitor performance, and ensure platform reliability
  • Detect and prevent fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized activity
  • Communicate with you about your account, updates, or changes to this policy
  • Analyze aggregate, anonymized usage patterns to guide product development

We do not use your workflow data to train AI models without your explicit consent.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only in the following circumstances:

  • With infrastructure and service providers who process data on our behalf, under confidentiality agreements
  • With the third-party platforms you connect, as required to execute your workflow instructions
  • When required by law, regulation, or valid legal process
  • To protect the rights, property, or safety of Pix3l, our users, or the public
  • In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, provided the successor entity honors this policy

Retention

We retain usage and analytics data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Workflow execution logs are retained for 90 days by default and then deleted unless you configure a longer retention period.

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at the address below. We will process deletion requests within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or legitimate security purposes.

Security

We implement technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your information.

If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at trey@pix3l.co.

Children

Cascade is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Policy Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email or in-platform notice. Continued use of Cascade after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
